Anywhere but exactly here

Anywhere but exactly here is based on my street photography archive that is used in a narrative way instead of a chronological order.


The project born as a personal exhibition in 2012 and has become through the years an artistic project involving photography, self-production and connectivity. Anywhere but exactly here stands as an accumulative process of experiments and images: no rules, no expectations, just artistic possibilities and sharing.

I developed this project in ways of making it accessible and involving the audience in the production and creative process. This way, the audience became witness and part of the practice. 


So far I produced with this project:

- on-demand poster exhibitions (1,5,8)

- Four “Nutbook” - The photographic notebook, entitled: mare, blow up, cielo, spaziotempo (2)

- Nutbook_estens a performative work in which the audience make their own “Nutbook/notebook” with my photographs they have chosen. Through a process of editing and making a sequence the notebook comes to life: their selection is then added to blank papers and finished with the binding in order to complete it (4,6,7)
